James Conde

Jimmy Conde graduated with honors from the George Mason School of Law in 2015. Before graduation, Mr. Conde was an intern at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and a clerk at the Department of Justice Environmental and Natural Resources Division.

During Law School, Mr. Conde was an active member of the Federalist Society, the Environmental Law Society, the Immigration Law Society, and other groups. He was a research assistant for Professor Michael S. Greve, Professor David Schleicher, and Professor Eagle. Mr. Conde holds a degree in political theory (with a minor in philosophy) from the Catholic University of America in D.C.

Mr. Conde’s legal interests are administrative law, the separation of powers, federalism, property law, and environmental law.
