Boyden Gray served as Counsel to the Presidential Task Force on Regulatory Relief, for which he wrote the original Executive Order requiring cost-benefit analysis and White House review of regulations. He later served as chairman of the American Bar Association’s Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Section.
